Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen asian vegetables
  • pork chops
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • cup frozen pea pods

Directions:

    Place partially thawed Asian vegetables in slow cooker, and arrange pork chops on top.
  2. 2
    Combine sauce and water, and pour over chops.
  3. 3
    Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  4. 4
    Turn to high and add pea pods.
  5. 5
    Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
