Sushi Rice

Ingredients:

  • cups sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions and still warm
  • tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

    Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.

    Add to rice, and mix well.
  3. 3
    Allow to cool before making sushi.
