Sushi Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions and still warm
 - 4 tablespoons sushi vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Directions:
- 1Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
 - 2Add to rice, and mix well.
 - 3Allow to cool before making sushi.
