Lamb Chops for the BBQ or Grill
Ingredients:
- 1 kg lamb chop
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
- 1Trim excess fat from lamb.
- 2Combine lamb with all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- 3Just before serving, drain lamb from marinade.
- 4Grill or BBQ chops until tender.
