Rice Salad

Ingredients:

Dressing

Directions:

    Cook 1 cup of rice in slightly salted water.

    Cool.

    Add the vegetables.
  4. 4
    Mix together and add the dressing ingredients.
  5. 5
    Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. 6
    Just before serving, add almonds.
