Weight Watchers 4 pt. Cola Chicken This chicken is absolutely delicious! Serve over rice and enjoy


Ingredients:


·         boneless skinless chicken breasts
·         1 cup ketchup
·         1 diet cola
·         1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
Directions:
 1 In a skillet, mix ketchup and cola.
2 Add chicken and onions.
3 Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to medium and let cook for 45 minutes.
4 Remove lid and simmer until thickens.
